Frequently asked questions

What is "voice time"?
The time you spend translating with Smart Translation (online). It is counted while translation is running. Offline recognition does not use voice time.

What happens to unused subscription hours?
Subscription hours are granted each billing month. Time packs you buy never expire and are used after your subscription hours.

How do I cancel?
Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, choose the app and cancel. You keep the benefits until the period ends.

Why is the price different in my country?
Google Play sets local prices per country. The price shown in Google Play before you pay is the one you are charged.

Is it free?
Downloading is free and offline recognition is free with no time limit. New users also get free Smart Translation trial time after signing in, and 1 free video translation per day. Online Smart Translation beyond the trial uses voice time from a plan or a time pack.
