Welcome to Voice Translate. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Voice Translate provides real-time voice recognition and translation services, including:

• Real-time voice-to-text recognition in 100+ languages
• Instant text translation between multiple languages
• Live subtitle generation and translation
• Conversation mode for two-way communication
• Offline voice recognition with downloadable language packs
• Screen and document translation

2. User Accounts

You may sign in using third-party authentication services (Google, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

3.1 Free Tier

The App provides limited free translation features with daily usage quotas. Free-tier users may see advertisements.

3.2 Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are available through subscription plans (Basic, Professional, Ultimate). Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's subscription terms.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through the Google Play Store.

3.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Share your premium account with others or circumvent usage limits
• Use the translation service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content

5. Translation Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate translations, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Translations are generated by automated systems and may contain errors. The App should not be relied upon as the sole source of translation for critical communications, legal documents, medical information, or safety-critical situations.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Some features require an active internet connection.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first.
